How to track your order(s)?
Once the order is dispatched, you can view the order status in “My order”, you could also use the tracking code on the e-mail our system generated to track your parcel on SF Express website.
How to cancel my order(s)?
Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact our customer service through live chat. We will offer assistance according to the pick and pack status. The order cannot be cancelled if the order has already dispatch.
How to return?
Only goods which is purchased on Tumi.hk will accept returns, for goods purchased from the offline stores, please contact the point of sales directly. For item purchased through tumi.hk, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for return. More detail could be found in our Return Policy pages.
