Any duplicated registrations or incorrect inputs per one receipt/transaction will result in disqualification for that receipt/transaction. No fee is charged for entering into this Lucky Draw.

4. The Lucky Draw runs from 26 March 2026, 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) to 15 May 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8 / Hong Kong Time), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The online registration period is from 26 March 2026, 00:00 (Hong Kong Time) to 16 May 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8 / Hong Kong Time), both dates inclusive (“Registration Period”). All transactions must be made within the Promotion Period. All submissions made after the end of the Registration Period will not be accepted.

5. Eligible Participants are required to register and submit the designated registration form (“Registration Form”) at the Designated Webpage with the following information:

For the purpose of determining an Eligible Participant’s eligibility for the Lucky Draw, the date and time of the submission of the Registration Form shall be determined based on the system records of Tumi’s Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong. Tumi will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed, whether or not arising during operation or transmission, as a result of server malfunctioning, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control, including any pandemic, war, floods, fires, power outages, riots, and natural disasters.

7. The Lucky Draw is to be conducted once only. All eligible and registered entries in the Lucky Draw will be pooled for the one and final draw on 25 May 2026 (Hong Kong Time). The Lucky Draw Winner (“Winner”) will be drawn randomly at Tumi’s Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong. The Winner will be randomly drawn using computerized means.

8. The Winner will be announced and published on the Designated Webpage, The South China Morning Post (in English) and Sing Tao Daily (in Chinese) in Hong Kong on 31 May 2026 (the “Announcement”).

9. The Announcement of the Winner will include the Winner’s partial name, the last 4 characters of his/her contact phone number and the Prize won (e.g. Chan *** Man, ****6789, 2-night stay for 2 persons in Vibrant Suite, Mystique Hotel, Santorini, Greece). The Winner will be notified of the Prize acknowledgment details by email and must provide his/her full name, email address, contact phone number, mailing address and other necessary details on or before 15 June 2026. If the Winner does not respond with sufficient information on or before the stipulated time, his/her Prize shall be forfeited.

10. Subject to the Winner’s reply to the email, the Prize will be distributed to the Winner by email of an electronic hotel redemption coupon to the email address provided by the Winner. Tumi will not accept responsibility for any delay in or lost delivery of the hotel redemption coupon for which Tumi is unable to control.

11. The Winner acknowledges that the Prize is provided by the respective hotel/resort and shall be subject to the terms and conditions and decisions of the hotel/resort. Neither Tumi nor its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates (together the “Samsonite Group”) accepts any liability for any loss and damages that the Winner may suffer as a result of the redemption of the hotel coupon or the enjoyment/use of the products/services provided by the hotel/resort that is beyond Tumi’s control. The Samsonite Group is also not responsible for any acts or omissions of the respective hotel/resort or other third parties. The Winner should redeem the coupons received by him/her at the respective website of the hotel/resort or according to the instructions provided on the coupon by the hotel/resort, for which the Samsonite Group shall not be responsible or liable whatsoever. Only electronic redemption coupon will be provided by Tumi, and only once. Lost or damaged coupon will not be replaced or redelivered by Tumi, and such coupon may not be accepted by the hotel/resort.

12. Each Eligible Participant may only win 1 (one) Prize.

13. The Winner shall have provided the above information in Clauses 5 and 9 accurately. A Winner who submitted incorrect, incomplete or misleading information will be disqualified from redeeming any Prize without prior notice. Incorrect or missing information will also result in the inability to deliver the Prize.

Other Terms and Conditions

14. Entry to the Lucky Draw does not guarantee the winning of a Prize.

15. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferrable, returnable or redeemable for cash.

16. The Samsonite Group is not liable for any expenses associated with entering into the Lucky Draw and visit to the Designated Stores, Designated Official Websites and Designated Webpage, including (but not limited to) transportation fees and internet fees, which all Eligible Participants should bear by themselves.

17. Participants should keep the original receipt for verification. Any receipts which are incomplete, fake, broken, edited, smeared or not within the Promotion Period will not be accepted, and Tumi reserves the right to take any legal action against the participants for damages it suffers in connection with any suspected fraud. Tumi has the sole and final decision to determine the eligibility of any participants and the Winner. In case of loss of receipt/invoice, it will not be replaced or reissued.

18. All personal data provided by Eligible Participants will be processed in accordance with Tumi’s Hong Kong Privacy Policy (https://www.tumi-hk.com/en/privacyPolicy.html) and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Eligible Participants may email service.hk.tumi@tumi.com to review, correct, update, restrict or delete any personal data he/she provided, but incomplete personal data may affect Tumi’s verification of his/her eligibility and delivery of any Prize. By registering to participate in this Lucky Draw, the participant consents to Tumi processing the personal data that he/she provides for the purpose of carrying out the Lucky Draw, including verification of the participant’s eligibility, communication and redemption of the Prize, and submitting any personal data to Tumi’s affiliates in the country/region of the Eligible Participants for verification and communication purposes.

19. These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and may be translated into other local languages. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.

20. In case of any disputes, Tumi reserves the rights of final decision, subject to any applicable laws.

21. These Terms and Conditions and the Lucky Draw are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).
