We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from TUMI.HK. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges where applicable. We ask that the returned product be unused, in their original boxes (whenever possible), and with all original paperwork, parts, and accessories in order to ensure a full refund. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized items, including TUMI Accents, cannot be returned. Flash sale products are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS

You can place your return request through our TUMI Customer Service, we will provide you the detail & required information to return the product(s). Product(s) which is not purchased from www.tumi-hk.com are not applicable for return/refund. Return without confirmation from TUMI Customer Service will not be accepted.

PRICE & DELIVERY CHARGES

Unless specified, all retail price on our webpage and quotation from our customer service are all based on Hong Kong Dollar(HKD), and does not include delivery charges. TUMI reserves the right to update the retail price & delivery charges anytime without prior notice. Delivery Fees will not be shown on the product detail page, but will be shown and calculated within the total amount before your order is placed.
